When you wanna spend time with your friends, there’s no good way to see who’s down.
Beacon, a way to let your friends know you’re around.
A way to coordinate without coordinating. Not another platform to perform on, but a tool to help people show up.
Beacon is about making it easier to hang out. But it’s also about something bigger: designing better social infrastructure for real life.
We believe the future of social isn’t about broadcasting. It’s about presence.
It’s about lowering the threshold to just be together, casually, in the real world. Because that’s where the good stuff actually happens—at dinner, on a walk, sitting on someone’s stoop.
We didn’t set out to build a company. We just wanted to get to dinner.
Now we’re building the thing we wish had existed that night, and every night like it since. And if you’ve ever wanted that too, come join us.
We’re starting in New York. Beacon, now.

(wanna join us?)
